Watch Microsoft's E3 Xbox Keynote here live

Microsoft will start its E3 Keynote at 9:30 AM PT ( 4:30 PM GMT) and you can watch along right here. The company is expected to unveil a number of upcoming titles for its Xbox consoles. There's even a chance that fans will get to see a bit more of Halo 5: Guardians which everyone seems to be very excited about. You can also check out our coverage on the front page, both before and after the keynote gets underway.

At last year's E3, Microsoft showed off some its plans for the new Xbox One. The company put a lot of emphasis on media and TV, with the Xbox One being destined to rule your living room. But recently, Microsoft has changed its messaging saying it will refocus its efforts to make sure gaming always comes first on the Xbox.

With that in mind we're bound to see some exclusive, or timed-exclusive, games being shown off on stage at this year's E3. And we might also hear some news about DirectX 12, Microsoft's not-so-secret weapon when it comes to graphics.

We might also see some new upcoming features for the console. The Xbox One has received numerous updates since launch, including the latest one, which was a major update, just a few days ago. Through these, Microsoft has added lots of features, improved performance, and removed the Xbox Live Gold paywall for entertainment apps. With this much momentum, it will be exciting to see what the company has planned for the rest of year.

It was a decent conference. Nothing really groundbreaking, but they did announce the games people were expecting and they do seem to be shaping up to pretty good games. Definitely went better than last year.

Just watching some of the people speaking, they are so stiff and cardboard-like. It seems too rehearsed and awkward as they talk about their games.

This is mostly about the games, right? Possibly any hardware or OS announcements?
(I'm at work and can't see the stream) :-(

Microsoft might be experiencing some sort of amnesia because in reality they have two gaming platform the x1 and PC. In the past, they never even mention a game or endorse it on the PC platform so this year E3 will be the right place to live up all the promises that once made.

Xbox keynote aka damage control presentation.

Put it this way i don't want to hear TV, TV, TV again or Kinect this or Kinect that.

Looking forward to hopefully finding out about some quality games and future updates to the console.

I think you mean 5.30 GMT as its now 4.30 and it doesn't look like it starts for another hour

It is 4:30 GMT, however the UK is basically GMT+1 until the clocks go back again in October.

It will start at 5:30 for anyone in the UK.
