WindowBlinds 4.2 released!

WindowBlinds is a program that enables users to "skin" the Windows GUI (title bars, the Start bar, push buttons, radio buttons, sliders, scrollbars, etc.) by applying "visual styles".

Version 4.2 runs on Windows XP, Windows 2000. The enhanced registered version also runs on Windows 98 and Windows ME. There are thousands of visual styles to choose from available for download on sites such as WinCustomize.com, deviantART, Skinbase, Customize.org, ArtUpRoar, and elsewhere.

New in version 4.2 is the ability to change the progress dialog animations (copy, move, download, delete, etc.) as well as change the toolbar icons in both Explorer and Internet Explorer. It also contains a host of performance and memory tweaks as well as updates to skins such as the MacPC classic skin.

The enhanced registered version is $19.95. It is also part of Object Desktop, a suite of desktop enhancements, for $49.95. You can download the shareware version at https://www.windowblinds.net.
