WindowBlinds 4.4 is now available for free download. WindowBlinds is a program that enables users to completely customize their Windows user GUI. That includes their title bars, push buttons, Start bar, toolbar icons, radio buttons, progress animations and nearly every other part of the Windows GUI.
WindowBlinds is used by companies such as Microsoft, Sony, ATI, nVidia, Nintendo, Alienware, and many others to add additional visual styles to Windows XP.
WindowBlinds 4.4's biggest new features include lower level integration into Windows resulting in up to a 40% increase in performance along with the ability to have the explorer task panel at the top of a window rather than on the left.
