With the launch of IE10, Microsoft has released a new IE advert

Earlier this morning Microsoft finally released IE10 for Windows 7 and to go along with the product launch, Microsoft is releasing a new commercial as well.

Microsoft teamed up with Blake Lewis to showcase what is possible with IE10 and a Windows 8 touch device. If you like the music in the video above, Microsoft is offering up Blake’s song as a free download for one week on Xbox Music.

In the video, the website that Blake is interacting with is ExploreTouch.ie and if you have a touch capable of device, we highly recommend you check it out.

With the release of IE10 for Windows 7, Microsoft is opening the door for 700 million users to upgrade to the company’s latest browser and starting in March, IE9 users will be automatically upgraded to the new browser.

OK, I get the "I've been waiting for your touch..." line, but I don't think I like the ad. I'm just not feeling it.

I guess you need a touch screen, to understand what is the hype all about.
Unless it's just a smoke screen to get more interest for touch based devices running win 8.

"If you like the music in the video above, Microsoft is offering up Blake's song as a free download for one week on Xbox Music."

Has anyone actually figured out how the hell to download this from Xbox Music (whatever that is)?

I'm assuming you need Windows 8 (which I'm running) and you go into the Music app (which I did) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually download the song?!

Any help with this (preferably while it's still free) would be greatly appreciated!

Open Music > Charms > Search > "Blake Lewis" > Go to the "Your Touch" album > For the song "Your Touch", click add. When you right click > Properties, it says steaming only.
