Matrix Games and developer 2 by 3 Games have announced that Gary Grigsby's World At War for the PC has been delayed. Although originally slated for a November 2004 release, the game will now launch in February 2005, citing the need for additional development time. "Additional testing, gameplay and AI enhancements have been agreed on that will require the additional time to finish," the company said in a statement.
