Xabre Graphics signs distribution pacts

Emma Wang, Taipei; Isaac Chang, DigiTimes.com [Friday 1 August 2003] Xabre Graphics Inc (XGI), a subsidiary of Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS), yesterday announced the signing of distribution agreements with World Peace Industrial (WPI), Fullerton Technologies, and Siltrontech Electronics.

WPI, Fullerton, and Siltrontech are among the largest IT supply side distribution channels in Asia. XGI officially began operations on June 1and aims to develop business in the medium-range to high-end graphics chip market. Recently, it also acquired the graphics chip division of Trident Systems, a U.S based company.
