I can't end 'atieclxx.exe' is this bad?

Should I be worried about this? My anti virus hasn't picked up anything and I have just done a full malware scan of my 1TB hard drive and nothing was picked up with that either.

I can't end it nor does it have a description of what it is either, I know what it is supposed to be (ATI tray tools incase anybody is wondering)

The thing is that I have actually disabled this service though Catalyst Control Centre so I don't know why I have that process there!

I have have also switch off CCC on start up as its not required but that exe process still appears :s

I came across this issue has I been unable to play the newly released Battlefield 3 and one of the suggested features was to disable ATI tray tools through task manager.
