'Mobile' site notifications not working

The 'mobile' site's notifications are not working when you click them on Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 mobile. Instead, they all direct you to neowin.net/forum. You have to click the notifications 2, 3, 4+ times to get the actual notification links to work.

Tested and no I don't have that specific issue as I'm always directed to the correct url.
