The Creators Update will make your PC your central communication hub

Talking to people might be the most human thing we could do, but lackluster implementations often make it hard to get your message across - or even noticed, if it's dumped under a hundred other emails and messages. Microsoft wants to change that, bringing your communications, and the people you talk to most, to the forefront.

The most obvious change coming with the Creators Update will be a toolbar on your taskbar showing all your most important contacts so their messages aren't buried under less important messages.

What's behind the scenes, however, will probably be what might make Windows your ultimate communications hub, as Microsoft is working on simplifying your communications by bringing together messages from multiple sources, such as email and Skype, to one place, so that you can always see the context of your conversation. What's more, even SMS messages from your phone, including Android devices, will be supported.
