Asus VX239H vs Dell S2316H... What is the best display for designing work?

Hi, I'm a UI designer and I need to buy a good monitor for my work. In went through our local shops and chose two displays that fit my budget and needs. From these two (Asus VX239H and Dell S2316H), what is the best in terms of color quality and sharpness?

All depends on what the best is for you. Personally I would get the Dell.
