Donald Trump has thousands of domains registered to his name

Donald Trump has a massive collection of 3643 websites registered to his name, adding 490 new URLs in the 18 months before his inauguration. The Trump Organization likely bought up these domain names to prevent the President's brand image from defamation and cyber squatting throughout his presidency.

Trump has a history of preemptively registering domains, including:

  • TrumpIsFired.com

  • IHateTrumpVodka.com

  • TrumpNetworkFraud.com

  • DonaldTrumpSucks.com

  • TrumpVodkaSucks.com

  • ImBeingSuedByDonaldTrump.com

In the 2009, prior to launching the controversial Trump Network, he obtained TrumpNetworkFraud.com and TrumpNetworkPyramidScheme.com. A public relations expert suggested Trump was preparing for impending litigation, saying 'most reputable organizations do not go out and buy these kinds of websites.' It seems Trump is applying the same strategy to his presidency, by registering DonaldTrumpSucks.com and TrumpEmpire.com

A total of 50 registered domains are unique sites that relate to Trump's business, 400 other domains lead to Trump owned websites. The rest mostly display blank pages.
