Ahead of official announcement, Samsung's Galaxy Tab S3 shows up in another leaked image

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S3 has made yet another public appearance in a leaked press image. The tablet is expected to be unveiled later this week at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

We’ve seen numerous leaks and rumors surround Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S3. In fact, the unreleased tablet was supposedly the source of leaks for other Samsung products as well, leading to a completely new level of information leaking. Still, those looking forward to the Tab S3’s release has another morsel of info to digest, before the grand unveiling expected on the 26th of this month.

A new press render has been published online thanks to Evan Blass. The image shows the Tab S3 with its familiar looks, being connected to a keyboard add-on. The keyboard itself looks similar to one of Apple’s iPad peripherals, with widely-spaced chicklet keys. The tablet was also previously revealed to feature a pen as an input method. Here are some of its other rumored specs:

  • 9.7 inch 2048 x 1536 Super AMOLED display
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor
  • 4GB RAM with 32GB storage
  • 12MP rear camera with 4.7MP front-facing camera

As mentioned above, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to be unveiled later this week and become available soon afterwards with a price tag around the $600 mark.
