Screencasting software

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a simple software to make screen recordings for online tutorials. It should be compatible with Windows 10, and should be free. I've tried Icecream, FastStone, OBS, Movavi, ShareX, it's not it.

What I need to do is to make an online tutorial (without sound), and zoom in some fields on the screen. There should be such feature. And also I need to add subtitles. Does this kind of software even exist? Please help.

You can also get free version on screencasting from camstudio, open broadcaster software and screencast-O-Matic. There is limited feature on snagit  where you can avail discount from various sites like groupon, dpcoupon and retaimenot.
