The Nokia 3310 is now available to buy in the UK for £49.99 [Update]

HMD Global's old new Nokia 3310 is now available to purchase in the UK at Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone for £49.99.

The 3310 is available in four colours: Warm Red or Yellow, both with a glossy finish, or Dark Blue and Grey both with a matte finish. The Nokia 3310 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display, and is powered by the company's Series 30+ software. It sports a 2MP rear camera along with a slot for a microSD card as well.

Perhaps most importantly, the revitalized 3310 will come with the ubiquitous snake game, Snake. In an age of bezel-less screens and virtual reality devices it has been quite unexpected to see such immense popularity and perhaps nostalgia for this device of yesteryear.

If you're still on the fence whether to get in on this bit of nostalgic action, you can check out our hands-on video of the Nokia 3310 here sharing some first impressions of the device.

At the time of writing, Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone still only have the "register for interest" pages up, with no option yet to buy online, but the phones should be available for walk-in purchase at both stores right now.

The Nokia 3, 5, and 6 reportedly priced at £149.99, £189.99 and £229.99 respectively, will go on sale from June.

Update: Vodafone now has their Pay As You Go offer up for the Nokia 3310. They are only offering the Dark Blue variant and it can be purchased for £39 upfront with a 'Big Value Bundle'. The cheapest of these bundles is priced at £10, and offers the following:

  • 500MB of 4G UK data
  • 150 UK minutes
  • Unlimited UK texts
  • Now with Data Rollover
  • 150 Rewards points
  • Bundle also includes a 30-day allowance of: 500MB of data, 100 minutes and 100 texts.

Further bundles are available with various allowances at a range of price points up to £30 a month.

Carphone Warehouse still doesn't have their Nokia 3310 plans up online.

Editors note: This article was updated to reflect that only the Nokia 3310 is available for purchase today.
