Google ups the ante by offering four months of free Google Play Music to new subscribers

If you've been looking for a reason to jump ship from your current music streaming provider or want to try one out for the first time, now might be the perfect opportunity. Google is now offering new subscribers, four free months of its Google Play Music service.

Although promos are nothing new, Google is now upping the ante by adding an additional month, on top of its usual three-month trial. The promotion is fairly straight forward, you sign up using your Google login and can use the service for four months. Once the four months are up, you can choose to pay the $9.99 a month to continue the service or cancel. If you are unsure, be sure to check out the image below to see what Google Play Music offers. Please note that this offer is showing up in the United States, and could be different depending on the region.

As the music streaming business gets a bit more crowded, companies are trying to find ways to lure and entice subscribers to its service. Microsoft's Groove Music recently announced a promotion that would give an annual subscriber a $25 gift card. If you're interested in Google Play Music, you can sign up at the source link below.
