You can initiate a support ticket by going down to the bottom of the Neowin Deals page and hitting the Contact link under Support. * Edit: just to clarify, the deals store is run through StackCommerce. Sorry for the incorrect verbiage, I know its the Neowin Deals page and it is handled by StackCommerce.. I have started the contact process already. I am looking for some way to finish or re download the order. Hope that clarifies my question and needs. StackCommerce will not respond before next week.
