HTC U11 Plus images surface on TENAA

For the past several years, HTC has been struggling with its smartphone business, failing to gain traction with its offerings being overshadowed by the likes of Samsung and LG. However, this year, things have been relatively good. The firm had a bit of a rocky start with its HTC U Ultra but was able to rebound with its solid offering, the U11.

Now, building on the success of the U11, it is rumored that the firm will be announcing a new handset in November. The handset is being dubbed the U11 Plus and could feature quite a compelling set of features like a 5.9-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, and either 4GB or 6GB of RAM.

While we have seen a render of the handset in full in our most recent report, we are now getting a look at the official images courtesy of China's TENNA. Although it is a bit hard to see, it does look like the handset will offer a display with rounded corners on the bottom and will have the squared off edges towards the top.

HTC has announced an event in Taipei on November 2. While it is unknown at this moment what exactly will be announced, the invitation's graphics lead us to believe that another U handset is on the horizon.
