Samsung Galaxy S10 commercial airs in Norway one day before the announcement

As tends to be the case with big smartphone releases, there's not a whole lot we don't know about the upcoming Galaxy S10 family of smartphones thanks to a myriad of leaks over the past few weeks. With just one day to go until the official announcement, one might think there would be no new leaks until then - but it happened anyway. As reported by The Verge, Samsung aired a commercial for the upcoming flagships in Norway, even before the phones have officially been announced.

The commercial mostly shows off the Galaxy S10+, and it confirms a few essential aspects of the phone's design. The hole-punch display is indeed the route chosen by Samsung, and the bigger model features a dual front-facing camera, while the regular S10 has just one. On the back, we see the expected triple camera setup. There's an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor underneath the display, reverse wireless charging, and the phone even keeps the 3.5mm headphone jack that's becoming increasingly uncommon in today's smartphones.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds, the company's latest generation of Bluetooth earbuds, are also briefly featured in the video. They're confirmed to support wireless charging within the carrying case, which can even be charged by the phone itself. Notably absent from the video is the cheaper Galaxy S10e model, presumably because it differs the most from the other two.

Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy S10 smartphones tomorrow, and if you're looking for a flashy way to protect your purchase, the company will also offer an LED case that looks like a starry sky. The Galaxy Buds, as well as a couple of wearables, are also expected at the event.

Update: The original video recording has been pulled from YouTube, but it's been re-uploaded on other channels. You can still watch it here.
