SouthGate Posted June 15, 2019 Share Posted June 15, 2019 I'm currently applying for a helpdesk position for an SMB, a page of the application form has 3 sections - knowledge, skills and experience. I'm not quite sure how to structure my response across the 3 and wondering if anyone could possibly give me some pointers? For example I assume I'd put things like active directory, group policy, exchange, esxi etc in skills, things I've learnt in previous roles into knowledge and perhaps projects and other things I've worked on into experience?
