Microsoft Store updates failing (0x80246019)

I have about 15 updates, apparently, and all fail due to "0x80246019".

 

Running Windows 10 with the November 2019 update.

 

I am the only user on the PC.

 

Any ideas?

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I won't reset the system, all sorts of settings get lost along the way and I don't care about the Store enough to do it 😂
