Elliot B.
I have about 15 updates, apparently, and all fail due to "0x80246019". Running Windows 10 with the November 2019 update. I am the only user on the PC. Any ideas?

Elliot B.
It appears I can't download new apps, either. Same 0x80246019.
Brandon H Supervisor Posted October 22, 2019 Supervisor Share Posted October 22, 2019 have you tried an "sfc /scannow"? might need to reset your install if something went corrupt.

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. I won't reset the system, all sorts of settings get lost along the way and I don't care about the Store enough to do it 😂
Brandon H Supervisor Posted October 22, 2019 Supervisor Share Posted October 22, 2019 this site also has quite a few things you could try to fix the issue too https://windowsreport.com/error-0x80246019-windows-10-update/ though I've heard sometimes the UWP system breaks so hard it can't be recovered without a reinstall
