At this point, we're not far off from Windows 10 PCs that support 5G connectivity. One of the first will be Lenovo's Yoga 5G, which will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cx 5G chipset. Today, Qualcomm announced which carriers it will support, including what will be supported by other Windows on ARM 5G PCs.
In North America, you're limited to Verizon and Sprint. If you're on AT&T or T-Mobile, it will act as a 4G LTE PC, unfortunately. Presumably, this dynamic will change in one way or another once the T-Mobile/Sprint merger goes through.
For Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, these are your carrier options for 5G:

- Transatel
Finally, you'll have the following options in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand:
- China Mobile
- China Telecom
- China Unicom
- KDDI Corporation
- Rakuten Mobile
- KT
- LGU+
- SK Telecom
- SoftBank Corp.
- Telstra
Note that these apply to 5G PCs that use Qualcomm's Snapdragon Compute Platforms. All of the Intel-based 5G PCs that use Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G modems are sub6-only, so carriers that are mmWave-only, like Verizon, won't be supported at all by those.
Hopefully, official support for AT&T and T-Mobile will arrive sooner rather than later, with those being the two carriers where it's easiest to just pop in a SIM card and get going.
