Choosing a good Graphics Card for Online Gaming

Hello!

I'm asking for a friend about what graphics card is best suitable for online gaming and streaming. He picked the Ryzen 5 3600 for his CPU. What are good combos for his CPU? Currently he's not interested on playing big game titles. Any good recommendations?

He got $160 for his gpu

So, $160 is the budget for the GPU?  Probably either a Nvidia GTX 1650 or an AMD RX580 or RX5500. The two AMD cards will probably give a better gaming experience than the 1650.

RX580 is a great card for the money and is a little cheaper than the 5500XT.  They perform about the same.

I have a RX580 myself, and I'm loving it. It was a slight upgrade from my 750Ti.
