Any idea why? what format is the video in? is it giving any kind of error? I tend to switch back and forth between VLC and MX Player; both have high compatibility rates and are very stable. Probably whatever sketchy site/torrent you downloaded it from uses a codec that VLC can't play. With that said...VLC supports *a lot* of codecs ... so you probably won't have much success with other players either. Where did you get Homeland? Did you RIP it from a Blu-ray/DVD...what program did you use? Did you get it from a legitimate online store...where from? If you illegally downloaded it ... Neowin can't help you.
