Like the Vista feel going on there. Windows Vista was one of my favourite OS's (of all time) and although KDE Plasma comes close, nothing has ever touched on how good Vista looked. I like to keep everything stock these days to reduce issues so just put up with the Windows 10 look, it isn't bad by any means but it's not as nice as Vista. It runs like a dream. The only minor complaint is that UI elements are quite small on a 1440p 25" display and were tiny on a 4K 32" display. 1 hour ago, Vince800 said: Like the Vista feel going on there. I run my main PC through my living room TV which is 4K. I guess I could force DPI scaling but it'll look rubbish. I'm quite happy with VLC these days though. Out of all the Windows releases, it feels like the one with the most passion behind it UI-wise. Shame it flopped so hard after all that work. Didn't Winamp suport some kind of 150/200% UI scaling somewhere in the menus, or am I mistaking for the transparency options it had? Maybe it was the bento theme that had UI scales. -_MSD_-
I like a simple desktop, most of my shortcuts are live tiles (fullscreen) when I hit the Windows key). I created the wallpaper from the cover of Electronics' "Getting away with it" single and used Paint to make it full screen...I love it.
