is there anyway to get this to work on xp?

Omnicoder, I am running vista screensaver on winXP SP2 and they are working fine, the only problem are the configuration have to be done manually. I noticed you have an applet that works on Vista. Do you think you could make some adjustments that would make it work on XP also? I have tried the /noglass option and it did not work. There was an error from .Net Framework about "Unhandled exception" "Attempted to read or write protected memory". Thank you.

Interestingly enough, if you open the screensavers in a resource editor, the settings dialogs are already there. Maybe it would be best if someone figured out how to turn them on...

It requires .NET framework 2.0

Why would you make an app for Vista, which includes .NET 2.0, and then say it requires .NET 2.0?

Or do these Vista screen savers work on an OS other than Vista?

HUGE Memory leak.

My computer froze when running this app. I had to force a reboot which I haven't done in years. I opened the task manager to see what was going on when I ran it a second time. My physical memory went from 34% to 99% then froze again.

System Specs:

Windows Vista Ultimate x64

4GB RAM

AMD Athlon 64 FX-60

Other specs are irrelevant.

Same here. My system froze up tight. Same system specs except Intel instead of AMD. Is this a 64-bit thing? Is this app only good on 32-bit Windows?

Same here and on vista64, its taken 4gig of ram and the hard drives are churning away, did drop down to 75% of the ram but was back up to 99% in a very short time.
