Just for reference... I remember that my 2 755m in SLI could run Destiny 2 @1080p between 25 - 30 FPS. (This was in beta while Destiny 2 at that time had no proper SLI support). In other words... It isn't a very demanding game... I'd rather see something like Shadow of The Tomb Raider Now, don't get me wrong... it's a good thing that Intel has improved considerably in this department.4 points -

🙄 Better tested and released than rushed out. 20H1 refers to the first half of 2020, not the beginning of January. 20H1 is slated for March/April. Once MS hits a code freeze on the current branch to be released, they skip ahead to a future release on the fast ring. Been like this for years and there is nothing wrong with it. You don’t stop future development because you hit a code freeze. 1909 just came, why in the world do you want to rush a new update? In case it’s confusing to you, 1909 refers to the sign off date, not the release date. Don’t like it, go grab another OS and leave Insider builds to those who understand them.4 points -

Have you used the Fold. Everyone I talked to except for you of course says it's a pretty cool phone. Why don't you go and see it before you spew. wtf? dude look at the picture you can see reflections down the screen I'm not spewing anything it's right there in the picture... and I said * IF * it is doing that enough to reflect light it would drive * ME * crazy, that's a personal opinion... and don't tell me you can't see that light reflection in the picture above because it's very obvious3 points -

ZombieEinstein and 2 others reacted to Brandon H for a topic
USB Type C wouldn't make sense on the console itself. what would you use the port for? you're not likely going to plug in thunderbolt or anything. most USB Drives are Type A and most wired peripherals use Type A. If we're to see Type C anywhere it would be on the controllers as most cords are Micro/TypeC to Type A. I don't know/see many Type C to Type C cords.3 points -

"There is no advantage to a dual screen" - Tell that to multi monitor setup users. "Windows Phone was abandoned" - Irrelevant to the device in question "Managing services between Google and Microsoft will be seen as a drawback" - Please provide more info. Creating a Microsoft account is dead easy, Microsoft now plays nice with Google's services, and Apple product users are already accustomed to "Managing multiple services" without any issues, don't know how managing a Microsoft account will be any different that an iCloud account. "The software won't be formatted for a dual screen" - That's a bold and definitive statement about the future you are making which nobody knows. "Windows 10X won't be finished" - No piece of software ever is.2 points -

I'm just wondering but why are you using the User tab and not the Processes tab to sort by mem or cpu etc? I always go to the Processes tab, and it sorts them correctly there. Maybe he wants to see the resources heavily utilized on a per user basis? Either way, I can't imagine a good reason for having sort buttons that don't work. 🤷♂️1 point -

Type C is just a connector. To utilize NVMe drive it would have to be at least a 10Gbit USB 3.1. Type-C being a connector is understood. Your comment still backups up the point that if anyone is to take advantage of current and future storage, like NVMe, a USB 3.1 (gen 2) Type-C or A would be required. I know Type-C can be used with older USB standards, but generally when I see it in hardware it supports at least USB 3.0 today. In my personal experience type C is awful and should be destroyed for the good of mankind. I recommend we nuke it from orbit. That's a first. Why has your experience been so bad?1 point -
Debotnet 0.2.6 [Update]
timster reacted to adrynalyne for a topic
Sorry but all telemetry cannot be turn off as the Microsoft CEO admit. It is build into the W10 engine. Look it up. How much of it can you turn off is unknown. As with that argument that hey Google and Apple do it, so lets every corporation do it too is ridiculous and invite abuses. So basically I should leave my home door unlock since my neighbor do it. Btw, I am using Linux Manjaro so that BS does not affect me and using the Brave browser which is more privacy concerned. You are on the Internet. Brave isn’t keeping you private regardless of their marketing. They might not be mining your data but everyone else is. By the discussions on this thread so far, that makes you a botnet, just for being on the Internet. 😉1 point -
