Judging by what I am seeing on my computer, Microsoft has listened. https://imgur.com/FvT8NVu Perhaps Techdows has, once again, dropped the ball. Actually no. The feature is still in Windows Defender (refer to the screenshot in the article) and it does not work. I tested it on multiple PCs, not to mention multiple feedbacks from users in the Feedback Hub.2 points -

This is the reason i stopped reporting bugs on Feedback Hub many years ago. When MS came out with insider program, i found it as a cool idea. I can "play" with latest OS and help squash some bugs as well. I reported 2 or 3 bugs in first half a year, mind you none of those 3 bugs where cosmetic, one broke IPv6 DHCP client, other one broke something with audio and 3rd one i cant remember, all those 3 bugs got in to "RTM" build and the one i was most annoyed with (IPv6) was fixed about half a year later after initial RTM. I still use insider builds, usually when i know they will become "RTM" (like 20H1 since January), however i cant be bothered to send any bugs on hub anymore... since a lot of them dont get fixed anyway, before general public adopts new version and they get much more complaints...2 points -

That's why I left the insider program. I didnt see the point in carrying on with it when so many reported bugs were being left ignored. It makes you wonder if Microsoft just set up the program to look like they were acting on user feedback. They may as well give up on the program as it's pretty obvious they aren't taking a blind bit of notice of anything anyone reports through it.2 points -

We had 5 calls today, for "printer/mfp" not printing that was due to the glitch from the patch Tuesday deal with the print spooler. Thanks MS! My laptop had the issue with Chrome logging out every time I closed it, and I'm not on the 2020 update. Uninstall didn't fix it. Had to go to /users/owner/appdata/local and delete the Chrome folder. After reinstall & logging back into the chrome account, it stayed logged on.1 point -

Hmm. Another Bug... I reported a Windows Media Player bug whilst I was an insider, it affects everyone. When using Windows Media Player (32-bit or 64-bit) Visualizations DO NOT WORK after the first song is entirely played, second and subsequent songs (when left to play) do not respond, patterns don't move to music plus Windows inbuilt viz patterns freeze. The workaround is manually skipping / clicking next song. Soundspectrum Visualizers look great in WMP, but this bug is Labor intensive.1 point -

Three Men Died on Christmas Eve
Matthew S. reacted to Mindovermaster for a topic
Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the pearly gates. "In honor of this holy season" Saint Peter said, "You must each possess something that symbolizes Christmas to get into heaven." The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. "It represents a candle", he said. "You may pass through the pearly gates" Saint Peter said. The second man reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, "They're bells." Saint Peter said "You may pass through the pearly gates". The third man started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women's panties. St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked, "And just what do those symbolize?" The man replied, "These are Carol's."1 point -

You are between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude." "You must be a programmer," said the balloonist. "I am" replied the woman,"How did you know?" "Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct, but I have no idea what to make of your information, and the fact is I am still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help so far." The woman below responded, "You must be a manager." "I am," replied the balloonist, "but how did you know?" "Well," said the woman,"You don't know where you are or where you are going. You have risen to where you are due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise which you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. The fact is you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but now, somehow "it's my fault."1 point -
Why did the chicken cross the road?
Matthew S. reacted to jnelsoninjax for a topic
DONALD TRUMP: I've been told by my many sources, good sources - they're very good sources - that the chicken crossed the road. All the Fake News wants to do is write nasty things about the road, but it's a really good road. It's a beautiful road. Everyone knows how beautiful it is. Joe Biden: Why did the chicken do the...thing in the...you know the rest. SARAH PALIN: The chicken crossed the road because, gosh-darn it, he's a maverick! BARACK OBAMA: Let me be perfectly clear, if the chickens like their eggs they can keep their eggs. No chicken will be required to cross the road to surrender her eggs. Period. AOC: Chickens should not be forced to lay eggs! This is because of corporate greed! Eggs should be able to lay themselves. JOHN McCAIN: My friends, the chicken crossed the road because he recognized the need to engage in cooperation and dialogue with all the chickens on the other side of the road. HILLARY CLINTON: What difference at this point does it make why the chicken crossed the road. GEORGE W. BUSH: We don't really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road or not. The chicken is either with us or against us. There is no middle ground here. DICK CHENEY: Where's my gun? BILL CLINTON: I did not cross the road with that chicken. AL GORE: I invented the chicken. JOHN KERRY: Although I voted to let the chicken cross the road, I am now against it! It was the wrong road to cross, and I was misled about the chicken's intentions. I am not for it now, and will remain against it. AL SHARPTON: Why are all the chickens white? DR. PHIL: The problem we have here is that this chicken won't realize that he must first deal with the problem on this side of the road before it goes after the problem on the other side of the road. What we need to do is help him realize how stupid he is acting by not taking on his current problems before adding any new problems. OPRAH: Well, I understand that the chicken is having problems, which is why he wants to cross the road so badly. So instead of having the chicken learn from his mistakes and take falls, which is a part of life, I'm going to give this chicken a NEW CAR so that he can just drive across the road and not live his life like the rest of the chickens. ANDERSON COOPER: We have reason to believe there is a chicken, but we have not yet been allowed to have access to the other side of the road. NANCY GRACE: That chicken crossed the road because he's guilty! You can see it in his eyes and the way he walks. PAT BUCHANAN: To steal the job of a decent, hardworking American. MARTHA STEWART: No one called me to warn me which way the chicken was going. I had a standing order at the Farmer's Market to sell my eggs when the price dropped to a certain level. No little bird gave me any insider information. DR SEUSS: Did the chicken cross the road? Did he cross it with a toad? Yes, the chicken crossed the road, but why it crossed I've not been told. ERNEST HEMINGWAY: To die in the rain, alone. KING DAVID: O Lord, why dost the chicken cross the road? And why art the chicken hawks beset around it? Surely in vain the road is crossed in the sight of any predator. GRANDPA: In my day we didn't ask why the chicken crossed the road. Somebody told us the chicken crossed the road, and that was good enough for us. BARBARA WALTERS: Isn't that interesting? In a few moments, we will be listening to the chicken tell, for the first time, the heart warming story of how it experienced a serious case of molting, and went on to accomplish it's lifelong dream of crossing the road. ARISTOTLE: It is the nature of chickens to cross the road. BILL GATES: I have just released eChicken2014, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents and balance your checkbook. Internet Explorer is an integral part of eChicken2014. This new platform is much more stable and will never reboot. ALBERT EINSTEIN: Did the chicken really cross the road, or did the road move beneath the chicken? COLONEL SANDERS: Did I miss one?1 point -
How much of sex is "work" and how much of it is "pleasure?
Matthew S. reacted to jnelsoninjax for a topic
A U.S. Marine Colonel was about to start the morning briefing to his staff. While waiting for the coffee machine to finish brewing, the Colonel decided to pose a question to all assembled. He explained that his wife had been a bit frisky the night before and he failed to reach his usual amount of sound sleep. He posed the question of just how much of sex was "work" and how much of it was "pleasure?" A Major chimed in with 75%-25% in favor of work. A Captain said it was 50%-50%. A Lieutenant responded with 25%-75% in favor of pleasure, depending upon his state of inebriation at the time. There being no consensus, the colonel turned to the Private First Class who was in charge of making the coffee and asked for his opinion? Without any hesitation, the young Private First Class responded, "Sir, it has to be 100% pleasure. The colonel was surprised and as you might guess, asked why?1 point -

A mechanic was removing a cylinder-head from the motor of a Harley motorcycle when he spotted a well-known cardiologist in his shop. The cardiologist was there waiting for the service manager to come and take a look at his bike when the mechanic shouted across the garage: "Hey, Doc, want to take a look at this?" The cardiologist, a bit surprised, walked over to where the mechanic was working on the motorcycle. The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked, "So Doc, look at this engine. I open its' heart, take the valves out, repair any damage, and then put them back in, and when I finish, it works just like new. So how come I make $39,675 a year and you get the really big bucks ($1,695,759) when you and I are doing basically the same work?"
