Your Cyberpunk 2077 save file will be irreversibly damaged if you collect too many items
dustojnikhummer and 8 others reacted to ZakO for a topic
Yes, it's definitely the players that are at fault for playing the game the way they want using the mechanics provided... not the developers & publishers fault for releasing a game that's a buggy mess. There's a very big difference between a large inventory becoming becoming a bit slow/stuttery and completely corrupting a save file, the former is just about acceptable, the latter isn't.9 points -

There's suppose to be a carrying limit... I sell all junk, there's a vendor on every corner. I break down all weapons except the ones that are highest DPS. Everything is samey, I don't know why you're collecting junk. There's no multiplayer. There's no third person camera, no reflection shows the character model, besides 2 mirrors in the game that render to texture. So there's no real reason to customize your character's looks. So just break down your stuff. Other games like fallout, they have over the years made large inventories stable, however it can cause stuttering and hitching in your inventory, and when using items / switching weapons. There's no game with a limitless inventory.4 points -

I am beginning to think that for most AAA titles these days, devs are (being forced into) skipping the beta phase altogether, and jumping from "alpha" straight on to "release". Bugs and glitches are always inevitable, but some of these issues I am reading about seem "difficult" to miss during any regular testing stages. Allow me to take advantage of the situation to repeat my usual "blurb" that, contrary to popular corporate belief, the much-lauded Agile and Scrum frameworks for software project management are simply not working to specifications. :-P2 points -

so the x(>45w, possibly 65w as the intel H mobiles series TDP-up limit is) 5900 chips is ~25/14% better than a ~35w and older gen 4900? that doesn't sound like much gain honestly. the exciting part however is amd is shipping octa core chips running at 15watt, and having a decent iGPU for 720-1080p (non-AAA/ultra)gaming, while intel is still struggling to match them.2 points -

DentedAphid7 and one other reacted to RejZoR for a topic
"Not for commercial gain". Eeeeem, even though a lot of people don't pay for the vaccines directly from their wallet, the vaccines are made for profit. If pharma companies wouldn't make profit out of them, they wouldn't be researching and making them. Governments buy vaccines in bulk and deliver them to people via their health system. So, it's all really for commercial gain, ultimately...2 points -
Ads, Ads, Ads...
Mindovermaster reacted to jnelsoninjax for a topic
OK, could @Mindovermastergo through and remove every app (even though you will run into apps that can not be removed without using adb), sure. Will it likely help? Possibly, but as he has stated he did a factory reset and the issue came back, so that leads me to believe that the issue is an app that is installed with the phone (again it will be very troublesome to diagnose this 100%) So he is then left with 2 feasible options: 1)Look into a custom ROM, which may be a good solution, or 2) continue to use Ad Guard and be happy with the results. Me personally would choose option 2, without a very clear idea of what these ads are (if I could see them, I might be able to tell where they are coming from) I have only ever had a problem like is being described on a phone that was given to me free by the Government (low/no income or getting benefits from the state) and it took me weeks to find the culprit.1 point -

It's boring, slow, graphics suck, gameplay is lame, and it has essentially zero redeeming feature. nostalgia is a powerful drug for most nerds and without nostalgia BOTW would have gotten the reviews it deserved. You sound bitter. I hope you're okay.1 point -

Edited my post, as I decided I'd rather not get into it over this, so long as you're referring to politicians and not "we the people", as many of us are against the abuse of both countries when it comes to human rights and spying. Yes - I should've clarified. I meant "the US" as an institution and a government, not Americans. I don't tend to hate large groups of people. Even when they're "responsible" for something bad, it's likely due to propaganda and anti-democratic moves on the power holders' part. There's a reason why there are numerous things that 70%+ of Americans support but less than 30% of politicians do.1 point -

I would close all apps on your phone, disable notifications for everything, seems like you've done that already. Now plug it into your phone into your computer, enable usb debugging. Then open a command prompt and connect to the device over adb. (unless you are worried you have a virus and will spread it to your computer). Could could always try it from a linux live cd in that case. then try adb shell ps | grep u0_ this "Should" give you a list of all running packages on the device. You'll probably have to google ones and find the culprit. Not sure if that command works for 7.1 or not. I would also check under developer mode and see what services are running.1 point -

goretsky reacted to Good Bot, Bad Bot for a topic
You didn't fix anything but just covered up the issue. You have spyware on your phone and possible malware. Disable your Adguard temporarily and uninstall any app and addons you installed since the ads have been an issue. Maybe run a anti-virus program like Avast or Malwarebytes and if still no success I would consider a factory reset. The long term solution is getting a phone that is actually still supported since using a device that doesn't get updates is not a good idea.1 point -

Uh, most of the time? They did that TWICE... That was it.... They also introduced NEW characters (to the show) as well, such as Ahsoka, Bo Katan and Boba Fett. This isn't Star Trek, with a different "alien of the week" every episode and so on. It's a specific story set in a set region of the SW galaxy, the Outer Rim. Of course we're going to see certain characters and locations more than once, with quite logical reasons to DO so, too. If you need help on a big job, you're not going to recruit a bunch of strangers you'll have to pay... You're going to turn to your friends.1 point -

Honest question, does that include a TV license? As I understand it, even if you don't own a TV, you still need one if you're watching anything on any device... which if the £155 price is an accurate annual price, then that alone costs more than a year's worth of the lowest tier internet shown above. The TV licence is a completely separate bill. ...okay... but I don't know anyone that buys an internet connection and don't watch videos/shows... TV licence is for watching Live TV or BBC catch up only. For all other VOD, you don't need a TV licence1 point -

The US calling out the Chinese government for things it also does is just too funny. Kettle calling the pot black. And this has nothing to even do with partisanship, at least for a few decades now. The US is a one-party surveillance and police state in that area. And in foreign policy. "it's about hUmAn RiGhTs AbUsEs primarily against Muslims" they say, to make their imperialistic agenda look good, while they also fund the Israeli apartheid state to commit war crimes against Palestinians.1 point -
