Trump dictatorship? ; that's a bit of a stretch as it's the left who wants to remain in permanent power and just about everyone is helping there to make that easier since they are heavily biased against Trump who's clearly overall better for the country than Biden is. because it does not take a genius to figure out that if Trump made the economy better etc, which he obviously did, and Biden pretty much reverses everything Trump did, which he will, it's going to put the country back into the toilet (with Biden, America is not #1 like it was with Trump). but like I say, if a republican never wins again, it will be obvious what happened, which basically started in Nov 2020. like some saying I heard goes, which goes something like... "if you silence what someone has to say, it does not prove that they were a liar, only that you fear what they have to say" ; the left routinely does this when people say stuff they don't like. but if they had nothing to hide/fear, why censor opposing views? ; probably because the truth is generally not on their side so they got to resort to shady tactics to "win". I'm not sure why people keep saying, "America is/isn't #1." Number 1 in what? There are plenty of charts and statistics to show that America isn't number one in much of anything, except incarerated per capita. Not being number one in other areas isn't a bad thing though, I just don't understand the fixation with it. As for Trump obviously making the economy better, it's a debate that will go round in circles. 4 years is too short a time, and there are too many external factors to consider to say that the state of the economy is 100% because of Trump. I agree that calling his time a dictatorship is wrong, though. Sure, he tried to discredit/silence the media and he tried to push out reports that contradicted what was actually happening, but at least when his time finally came to an end he walked away from the position. It seemed touch-and-go towards the end, though.2 points -

"trump dictatorship" "You can't legislate by EOs unless you're a Dictator" -Joe Biden, signer of a record number of EOs already. Democrats love their dictator in a barbed wire surrounded enclave protected by troops over a mostly peaceful protest. Meanwhile... there's still no proof and no trial that says Democrats DIDN'T steal the election. Its a byproduct of judges passing valid lawsuits on procedural fluff. IE when SCOTUS passed on a valid lawsuit by Texas for "standing" - despite the fact that Texas is obviously affected by The Steal.2 points -

ThaCrip reacted to muratoner for a topic
It depends on the resolution i think. For something like 1080p or even 2k, 8gb vram should be enough for a while. If you're going for 4k and high quality settings then you're probably gonna need more than 8gb of vram and a card in the range of at least rtx3070, better yet rtx3080 (or amd's equivalent which is rx 6800-6900 xt.) Also a cpu that doesn't bottleneck the gpu off course. If you play at 1080p those cards would be overkill imo.1 point -

Microsoft to remove Edge Legacy on Windows 10 in the April Patch Tuesday update
adrynalyne reacted to Skwerl for a topic
Two words: enterprise users. Thats why its still there. No matter the subject someone always mentions the enterprise and/or what Grandma is doing. What about the typical user who is using Windows Home or Pro. LOL Fun fact. Microsoft makes more money from enterprise users than home users. Therefore they get priority. IE isn't hurting you by being there, and it would hurt enterprise users if not there. Another Fun fact: Windows 10 Home as nothing to with the enterprise. It's bloat and idiots are still using it. Yet another fun fact: the base OS for all versions of Windows 10 is identical and IE is a base component. So removing it from there removes it from all other SKUs. That would be great! I know. it's impossible to remove. it can't be done. It will be in Windows forever. It would easier to get man to Mars. I already replied to Mobious... Why can't we meet in the middle. Remove the IE front end by default in Windows 10 Home and Pro. Because there are still some popular web applications out there, usually run by large companies, that still need IE. Heck, until around 4 years ago, a company I worked for had to use IE....in compatibility mode to access their old AF CRM software. You didn't answer my actual question... I did. You apparently didn’t understand my response. Did you think enterprise == Windows 10 Enterprise? I literally meant enterprise, not the version. The fact that people (especially these days VPN) into their work networks to get access to things, the sku of Windows really has nothing to do with it. Sigh... AGAIN, I don't care about the enterprise as I said in my very first comment. My question was why can't we meet in the middle? The IE front end does not need to exist by default in the Windows Home and Pro versions (or really any version). Dude. It is not all about you, LOL. Also, I already answered why they can’t meet in the middle. I’m not going to repeat myself. You didn't answer that question but OK. I sure did. Superuser is obviously young (one one over 20 uses "LOL" as punctuation) and doesn't have any experience in the business world or the world at large yet, so cut him some slack. He can't possibly fathom any use case but his own because he just hasn't had time to get out there and see it.1 point -

Meanwhile... there's still no proof and no trial that says Democrats DIDN'T steal the election. Its a byproduct of judges passing valid lawsuits on procedural fluff. IE when SCOTUS passed on a valid lawsuit by Texas for "standing" - despite the fact that Texas is obviously affected by The Steal. The burden of proof is on the maker of the claim. Biden is not legislating by EOs, otherwise we would have stimulus checks and a $15 minimum wage. He is largely overturning Trump era EOs. Trump signed a record number of EOs too. More than Obama's first term. Were you concerned then? Or is this like the Republican concern about deficit only when progressive policies are brought to the table? Further, "not legislating by EOs" he's released a record number of EOs - breaking records set by previous presidents - Trump and Obama included. "Republican concern about deficit only when progressive policies are brought to the table" This is about Bidens OWN WORDS admitting that he's leading like a Dictator. This isn't a "republicans say nothing when republicans spend money" (or when democrats do the same"... this is "A man who said EOs are the mark of a dictator" (paraphrased) is leading with a record number of EOs. You can say he's not... but the fact remains he made that statement and the fact remains that he's breaking records on EOs. There's also lawsuits from the last 4 years that established that a President can't release EOs to undo the policies of a previous President. Specifically the DACA which is, by Obama's own admissions, against the constitution and a prime example of "leading by EO" - literally changing laws without congress. I'm against broad EOs but Trump used the same tools previous presidents have used... I'm also against the Socialists and Commies that run the current democrat party... but both of those topics are SECONDARY to the BIDENS OWN WORDS that call himself out as a Dictator. The same hypocrisy can be pointed out about various statements made by hypocrites like Bernie, AOC and other "shining beacons" of the rot on the left.1 point -

If you can't see the difference between those examples and now then there is nothing anyone can say to help you. Continue living your life with your head in the sand and be happy. The difference is simple: Democrats fought an election because of information provided by a russian agent through a british spy. They spent 4 years investigating based on that one report. Democrats don't trust THOUSANDS of Americans claiming they saw fraud in various places and mountains of questionable activity. The difference is the left trusts Russians more than Americans.1 point -
Another delay hits Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake
Xahid reacted to +Zlip792 for a topic
I was excited for the Prince of Persia series and even if it was a remaster version but when they released the trailer. Oh boy! I was about to vomit.. it was pathetic at best. I am happy that it got pushed (wouldn’t mind if they never release it)s If you can’t do decent remake of an iconic series then don’t do even half-assed efforts. It demotivates the consumers. The situation is similar to that of Tony Hawks series.. only recent one was decent enough but anything like Tony Hawks HD was quick money or milking the cow as other said. At least do some decent effort to improve the game play and bring new graphics unlike just paste some new 4k textures and shiny stuff and be done..1 point -

matthiew reacted to George P for a topic
Discord ban aside, I don't see how what they're doing can be considered as fraud in the least . All WSB is doing is playing the game like normal. There's nothing illegal for a group of people to all agree to buy a specific stock. The hedge fund and other Wall Street insiders who are crying foul need to grow a pair and deal with it. This is what they've been doing for the longest time. I don't see how it's any different from people at a brokerage calling up their list of clients to get them to buy some hot new stock of the week. Or going on places like Bloomberg or CNBC to talk up their hot new picks hoping those who watch the programs will do the same. The only thing the SEC should say in its report about WSB is that's capitalism of the future.1 point -
