  1. Honestly, at this point, the Outlook name has been lost. I don't have a clue what the article is on about anymore when it comes to 'Outlook'. An app, a webpage, another app, a program, something from 1997 office, outlook express? At this point, with Microsoft's silly branding I don't even care anymore.

  10. The WHO escalated their message according to the evidence presented. You can read through the timeline here: https://www.who.int/news/item/29-06-2020-covidtimeline" rel="external nofollow">https://www.who.int/news/item/29-06-2020-covidtimeline WHO categorically protected china from being accused of spreading the virus and also played part in nomenclature politics and abolished its old age practice of calling virus names from place of origin. WHO was kept in dark about this virus by china as china knew about the virus way before the news came into the public. Still WHO didn't even take any serious note about it as many people can spread the virus in meantime considering a number of institutions there educates foreign nationals. WHO has faulted multiple times handling this thing.

  11. Facebook will no longer remove posts claiming Covid-19 was man-made

I am pretty sure its wrong and even if it was a lab leak, I doubt it was a man-made virus. Most probably they were studying it and someone got the virus. That person then transferred the virus outside the lab and it spread out. But I know conspiracy theorist will have a field day. How can you be so naïve? CCP loves you already. Viruses just don’t randomly infect people that easily in a lab unless manipulated with “Gain of Function”. I am not saying they created it with the intention of unleashing on the world but it was created for purposes best known to them. Cure cancer/HIV or even as Bio warfare. That no one will know.

  12. I believe this Wuhan Virus was 100% made in China. I also believe that Fauci had a hand in sponsoring the “Gain of Function” research being carried out at that Wuhan Lab. Those scientists (I call them trolls) were on CCP payroll who outright dismissed the lab-leak theory in early 2020. WHO is a joke at the moment. First they said Virus is not contagious. Then they said maintain 1 mt distance then 2 mts. Now suddenly the virus is airborne. WHO, US, Biden, China (all concerned parties) will beat around the bush and draw inconclusive conclusions and pat themselves on the back in the end. It’s like asking a murderer to investigate his own crime. Trump was a tard where he didn’t exactly figure it out what was going on around him and did everything opposite what a President was supposed to do. Paid price dearly.

  13. A lot of people are confusing the idea of "escaped from a lab" and "man made". It is possible, through some gain-of-function research, that a coronavirus was being modified and it escaped due to an accident. That would be a man-made virus that leaked. Ignoring the accident, this type of research was documented and published by the presumed leak location. It is also possible that while studying a coronavirus, that it escaped, without any man-made modifications. And it is still also possible that an unmodified coronavirus was intentionally released (man-made or not). And it is finally still possible that it really was just bad luck and the virus jumped from a bat in a wet market. All four hold some merit especially in light of the origin and the original discrediting of it really only served to help the country of origin. Separately, the fact that this was as a conspiracy theory a year ago, triggering account bans and censorship, and is now returning is exactly why entrusting social media companies with this type of information control is absolutely crazy. They did not know the truth then, and they do not know the truth now and the same is inherently true for all of the things that they have taken it upon themselves to peddle. It makes me extremely happy to not have social media accounts and more people need to get off these platforms to bring back control and rational conversations.

  15. And the show stopper... $749. too much for a phone as for those prices I would rather put it towards a desktop computer. just off the top of my head I can't see spending more than $100-200 (or so) for a phone especially given it seems people upgrade their phones somewhat often and at $749 I would want it to last much longer than it probably will and manufacturers probably stop supporting the device within roughly a few years or so(?) etc.

  16. That’s not how it works, that’s not how any of this works… Read the article and info MS has given out, that's exactly how it works. It preloads certain parts of edge to memory, before the browser is even started. Just in case. You don’t understand the concept of prefetch. It’s not a new concept. Nor is your argument against it.

so it's only a conspiracy theory until biden wants to investigate it? come on facebook.... There are hundreds of corona viruses https://www.niaid.nih.gov/diseases-conditions/coronaviruses I believe the only man-made factor in this is someone who was careless with the study of it, or it actually did spread from bat to human like the hundreds of other cases that have happened between animals and humans. Viruses evolve much like any other life on this planet, they actually evolve to make it harder to prevent them.

  36. This!! FB etc can't possibly know what is misinformation when it comes things that aren't yet known... how can they? They don't have a palantír (magical seeing stone), so someone is deciding what they are going to consider misinformation in such cases and that's one of the big things in the last year that drove me nuts. But it got me to mostly quit FB, so that's a positive side effect I guess.

I'm just saying that their message of precautions to take was escalated according to evidence. You don't turn the dial up to 11 every time an infection comes around, you react to research, studies and evidence. As for not calling the virus after the place of origin, personally I think it's for the best, but also it's a change that didn't start with Coronavirus. They have a paper from 2015 that lists the best practices for naming viruses: https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/WHO-HSE-FOS-15.1

There is not a 30fps limitation on any release of UE4. X One thing to try. Check your GPU control panel settings, specifically the global or game entry, and disable vsync. If forced on, some games will get locked to 30fps. Also do some web searches with your GPU in the search, now that you know it isn't an UE issue, you can find a solution.

  46. You may need to fix your computer instead, I haven't seen any issues like this even in Insider builds. I have this issue on around 4 machines. YouTube works but all other streaming services breaks, it will work for 10-15 mins and I will get error, works like a charm on chrome There were also playback problems through two the media playback pathways in Windows that affected EdgeHTML and EdgeChrome, but didn't affect Chrome, as it is sitll using the older and less protected pipelines. Wonder if this is the common issue with varying connectivity and playback sync issues. There is still two broken playback paths in the current Dev Windows releases, with one of them making it into 20H1. Anyone else seeing video playback fully stop on the Dev build or jump in and out of sync with audio, etc - yell at Microsoft through Feedback. The problem is there a couple of specific hardware variations that cause the 4 above playback/download CPU spike issues. So not super common, which also means it takes screaming on twitter through a famous person to get Micorsoft current dev team to notice. (Which is sad considering how good these teams were with users and accredited feedback.)
