tohru Posted September 11, 2003 Share Posted September 11, 2003 omg guys, i just got this computer recently, and just today i start up my IE and it says that i have a virus!! i thought to myself this couldnt be true so i went on a website for a virus scanner and sure enough it said i have a virus that infected my system32.exe. the virus is called, BKDR_SDBOT.14176. could i just replace my system32.exe with a health virus free system32.exe?! or could i just do a system restore to a previous date? what should i do guys?! besides reformatting. :( the website i visited for the virus scanner was virus scanner. plz help this poor sap of a person. thnx guys.
