gigatexel
My favorite is Snes9x, ZSNES is good too. As for roms, you'll have to google it. :)
SOOPAH256
yep, Snes9x and ZSNES would be the two best. i personally recommend the first, cause it runs in win9x. as long as you have a half decent computer. and yeah, for roms...neowin isn't the place to be looking. ;)

Guest Ryan
Yup, Snes9x and ZSNES are the best in my opinion. I think they quit working on zsnes, I'm not sure, but snes9x is still going on strong, even unofficially. It's been a while since I checked up on them both. I agree with every post so far on the top two emulators, I've used both in the past, although zsnes seems to be the most stable for me. Nothing like playing Street Fighter 2, I remember when I got that for Xmas years ago :) /Cue mental flashback/
Statikk
Get an XBOX and try out xSNES9x. Nothing like playing all your old favorites on the tube again without having to hook up that half dead old box!
~Greeno~
expensive way of doing it tho isnt it ? ;)
Detri
I use DreamSNES on DreamCast http://www.dcemulation.com About 80% speed, it's better on XBOX, but Dreamcast doesn't cost $200.

JustGeorge
Zsnes is still alive! Here is a page where you can get the newest WIP builds. They release one every few days. http://emuhost.com/ipher/zsnes/

DsnBehind
Curious if anyone has any information about an SNES emulator for the Pocket PC? :) There is a crappy one that runs only on iPaq and plays only Super Mario World here.
QuarterSwede
Personally I like Snes9X best and use DreamSNES on the DC. I never did like ZNES's GUI. It just wasn't as easy to use as Snes9x in my opinion.

hiero
zsnes works with a program zbattlenet to list internet games of snes roms so you can play with others online. although there usually aren't more than 10 games runnin, it's fun to do and is an easy way to play friend rather than coordinating ip connects. http://www.zbattle.net/
