To start out, when I had the previous version installed I also had this same issue. The issue is my paycheck stubs come to me via an online site in the pdf format. I use foxit reader for this purpose, however, sometime around 2 months ago foxit stopped showing the file in the browser window, and instead launches the whole program. no when I upgraded to 5.0 today, I specifically told it to show the file(s) in the browser window, and even watched it install its add-on, but it does not work. But as I am typing this I figured the problem out, I am using a browser called Palemoon(Firefox compiled for windows, works better), but seeing as foxit only seems to want to install in to firefox, how can I copy the add-on(extension?) into my current browser. I have looked at the %appdata%/roaming/mozilla/ folder, but can not determine which on is Foxit!
Edit:
Nevermind, I discovered that the plugin for Foxit was disabled for some reason, when I enabled it and restarted the browser, it suddenly works again!
