[Windows] Folder deleter that takes input from program arguments?

Question

I need to configure an auto-delete, and after several days of trying to figure it out myself, I'm stuck.

I've got the timing aspects of things covered, since it can run by the program creating the folders after a certain amount of time, and after a certain amount of time, it can run a program (and I presume it would support arguments as well), but I need to find a program which can do the following -

Delete a folder, which is specified by 'program arguments'.

An image example would be this (not Fallout: New Vegas obviously ;) )

As you can probably tell, in the 'target' box, that's where the folder name would go..

I was originally thinking a .bat script could most likely handle this, but I'm not entirely sure..

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

C3NTURY.
