Once Upon a Time in Mexico

Well I didn't quite feel like I got my $9 worth for this movie; but I must say Johnny Depp pulled it off again. He was quite a character in this movie, just like how I felt he was quite a character in Pirates of the Carribean.

Depp is overall fantastic actor w/ definately funny lines.

I really don't know officially if this was suppose to be Desperado 2, but I'd say the original Desperado can never be beaten.

Check it out though, it's interesting to see Dafoe as a Mexican

Definitely not as good as the first and Deep wasn't as good as he was in Pirates on the Caribbean, but still a great movie. Well worth th $5 I spent on it. Apparently now they have these computer ticket machines where you can buy a child's ticket for an R movie and they don't check.

Depends on the theatre. The ones I go to disabled the student, child, and discounted tickets through the kiosks because of what you mentioned.

Still waiting to see this movie. It sounds like it's a lot more like "El Mariachi" than "Desperado" though and that's just fine with me. The first movie was really good for an extremely low budget film.

Though the 'hot dog' scene was pretty funny for a special effect.

yea OUTIM is the third chapter in the trilogy.. Mariachi, Desperado, OUTIM..

this time they went for the whole Hollywood-style production and action sequences, it seems.. casting Depp was a smart choice, but i still havent seen it, so i dont know what to expect..
