henry gordan
ok i followed the instructions on paul thurmons super winsite for how to do a clean install. now xp seems to have installed on top of the old system. i thought clean install would remove the other systems files. also i've noticed that gpedit.msc is nowhere to be found. i am fairly new to this so any suggestions would greatly appreciated. fr33k
when it gets to the point where it ask what partition or how big you want to make the partition press D for delete to clean the drive then then when you return to the what partition do you press C for create or just hit enter and use the whole drive, but if you have a large drive i would create a partiton and leave some unallocated just incase you decide you want to try another os
