For example, I am at school, and say that they blocked a sit that I'm 100% sure isn't bad, and the admins not around to unlock it for me. Could i go to a site that i set up, that wouldn't be blocked and have something like a "browser" in it. Am i making any sense? well heres a pic of what im thinking.
