The story of Ryan, a depressed man who believes he is getting nowhere in his life and plans to kill himself. In the middle of his attempted suicide, he is asked to watch his neighbor's dog, Wilfred, but Ryan can only see Wilfred as a real person instead of a animal that everyone else sees. As they begin to bond more and become friends, Wilfred teaches Ryan a life lesson about people, love, and living

Anyone seen this yet?

I watched this, and it WAS pretty darn funny...although, it takes a few minutes to fully realize what's going on. Nevertheless, I plan on watching it again, provided that it isn't taken off of the network. :D

I have to admit i thought it would be **** to but it had some really good moments.

Nothing can beat a man dressed in a dog suit riding a hot waitress leg and not getting slapped in the face for it

Yeah, I thought the first episode was pretty funny actually. I think the concept is genius actually, mans best friend being played by a guy in a really, really cheesy Halloween costume, and Wilfred is just an out and out prick. Thought overall the first episode of Louie was way funnier, but this show has potential, no doubt.

Orly, what was the Australian show?

Re-make of the same name. The dog is the same guy in the Aus and USA series(also main writer). I watched the Aus one on-and-off. I'm wondering if they have completely re-wrote it or just changed the jokes to more suit the american audicence.

Some dude pretends to be a dog and a woman is too stupid to notice? Does it end with body parts in the freezer?

this is either a joke or you are completely missing the concept/point...i'm leaning towards the latter...
