Big_Mark
I just recently started getting this error. Everytime I restart my computer it say something like DEVLDR32.EXE error dailed to initialize or something like that. How can I fix this and what could have caused this. NOTE: This started happening after I was messing around with Styles XP.
Lowdown
I could be wrong on this but the only time I was having a DEVLDR32.EXE error come up was when I was having problems with my sound card. Of course those were the days that the offical Sound Blaster Live! drivers were not released yet. Other than that I'm not sure if that executible is used for anything else. But like I said I could be wrong.

Trojin
I uninstalled the creative stuff and I delete that file but it keeps on comming back. are you sure it is only for SB Cards and not some other important file?
J5PC
It looks like the file is a general 32 bit device loader and the error may point to you having a missing driver for a piece of your hardware.
Trojin
all hardware is working though.
tmorris1
You need to boot up in Safe Mode and delete the file. The Windows system file protection (or whatever it is called) won't let you delete it because it thinks it is a vital system file. You can also replace it with the original devldr32 from the Windows XP install disk while it safe mode. The Creative version of devldr32 is hosed. Hope this helps.
