StarDock Tech Support


Question

First let me say I love StarDocks software. I love being able to max out my themes and create my own. My trial of WindowBlinds7 ended so my wife bought it for me for Fathers day. Trouble is I have not been able to activate it yet. It asks for the reg info twice then does nothing at all. I have been dealing with the BEST people on the StarDock forums but they shot their load on trying fixes for me. I opened a ticket with tech support on the 21st and they are taking a very long time to get back to me. I used to be in support so I know it can be hectic and time consuming but I was just wondering if anyone else has had to deal with their email support and what your experience was. We have a long weekend coming up and I was hoping to get this fixed this week.

K,

They replied to me today. It was a registration/activation issue. They use Impulse to install and activate their software but the are transitioning away from that and I fell through the cracks. All 99.9% well now.
