APPCRASH issue in Smartvoip

Hello,

I am using Windown 7 on 64 Bit operation system. I am using one software for voice communication called Smart Voip and it is facing issue if APPCRASH so i am not able to use it now.

Please fine the error below: -

I'm afraid you won't get far with this, it looks like the application is causing one of Windows core DLL's to go bang. Your best bet would be to contact the program developer and provide them with the mini dump file. If they're willing they can then use a debugging application to analyse what is going wrong on your system, my guess (and this is only a guess) is its something to do with running a 32-bit application on 64-bit Windows and its trying to access a hardware device at a low level.
