Lottery operator Camelot plans to reveal their identity at 1430 BST at a hotel in the town. Tuesday's ?161,653,000 prize was Europe's biggest-ever and was capped after a series of rollovers. It follows a ?113m UK Euromillions win in October. The winners matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars.
