Limp Bizkits New Album

Recommended Posts

By the way, don't support Fred Durst.. I know some of you actually like this crap, but you should download it instead of supporting this d1ckhole.

So go out and buy A Perfect Circle

A perfect circle - Thirteenth Step = best album in the new millenium

I'm not really into the whole star scene or anything being that i dont waatch tv. I'm wondering why everyone hates him? I heard a while back that he tried to steal some beats and guitar thingies from people auditioning for a part in the band...dont know if thats true though. Overall, i think the cd isnt half bad. Now if you want to hear a really crappy cd, get the new outkast - speakerboxxx cd. It has about 5 songs out of 16 or so tracks. CD's are losing quality, and its not from file swapping :-/

p.s. i dont know what happened or if the lead singer killed himself or soemthing, but will sublime ever come out with a new cd?

They should have stoped making albums after their first.

i agree.

i think the only song i actually like on this cd is behind blue eyes. because it is a remake of the who song.

I've listened to it a few times and I have to say I was surprised. I thought this album would totally bite the big one, but it actually got me bouncing on a few tracks. However, I still wouldn't buy it. Limpbizkit has stuck to the same mold ever since Significant Other came out. Start with the intro, put a few harder fast paced songs early. Then they mellow out for a track or two, then back to a hard one. Follow that up with a groovy tune and then you have to have your rap song with current rap star. After that it's most of their b-side quality material. Finish things off with an outro. It's been cookie cutter since their second album. Someone needs to sit the band down in a room, make them listen to 3 Dollar Bill Yalll$ and then tell them "This is what good limpbizkit sounds like!" Nothing can beat their first album. I can still feel it after all these years. I was really hoping the band would realize what made them what they are, but I guess they didn't.

yea, I was very surprised by this album, it wasn't what I was expecting at all........Too many mellow songs for me thanks, definately not a buy.

On a side note I can't wait for Wes Borlands Eat The Day to come out.

,Sep 17 2003, 01:12] thats whats wrong with limp bizkit and all the corporative bands today, they just focus on singles and note in the whole album, ALL BOW TO THE POWERFULL DOLLAR, it worths more than music for them.

HAHA you just contradicted yourself

You can hear there whole CD at no charge online,

they did a huge FREE show in europe in the summer

2 years ago they had numorous free shows, where they would go in to a random city, play on the top of a building call in a radio station with no PR work, most of them got broken up by cops, the one they had here was a blast. The problem isnt that bands bow to the all mighty dollar, its that people are uneducated on music (not you, in general) all it takes is one lyric now en days to totally warp someone's perspective on a mucisian. Sometimes not even that, its like the lead singer could say "go buy this" in an interveiw and our brainwashed youth will do just that. If the music sounds good, pump it.. even if it is a band whos been handfed by corperations since day one.

It's all about expression, ive been a limp fan since 1997 when i first heard three dollar bill, and the band today is not the same band, this new cd has more soul in it rather than just someon screaming about how they want to eat your face cause they had a bad day :D

and again, my opinion, dont listen if you dont like it.
