Want to Download Streaming Media - How?

Question

Hello

So, here is a website: CLICK HERE

I want to download the video, but unfortunately I can't work out how to do it. I've tried a few sites, even re-installed Firefox and used the "download helper" extension which always worked in the past but this site seems to be different. From what I can tell in the code, the video is actually in an iframe?

Can anyone give me any advice on what I can do to download the video? I use Internet Explorer, but do currently have Firefox installed. I just don't have time to watch them all now and would prefer to download them to watch at a later date.

Thanks

EDIT: As a bit more info, it seems the path to the file is: node/817/Programmes/Soul_Survivor/2010/C-SOUL10-1408-2R.mov but when visiting that page, then it just downloads the same HTML page again, not the actual video :s

Oo, thanks.

I didn't know the internet was capable of hiding a video away like it does.

I'll take a look at both of these thank you very much :D

IDM has worked for all but one video (there's a problem with the video anyway!).

So good, but uninstalled in the end as I couldn't get it to stop running with Windows (yes I checked the options) and stop integrating with the browser (yes, options looked fine there too!).

I'll keep the exe though.

Do you mean it was trying to download everything? Or it was always running? If it's because it was catching every download then hold down ALT while clicking on the download link/button so IDM ignores it
