xpatx
i'm on a OC3 here in school and whenever i download from somewhere other than a website, i encounter extremely slow speeds (-1kb/s). this mostly happens for torrents and kazaa lite. i think it has something to do with them blocking ports that a lot of people use...? anyone know how to bypass this? Frank
It sounds like they are limiting Bandwidth usage through those ports so people do not use the programs. I am not sure why they wouldn?t block the port, but that?s all I can think of.

NeoMasamune
I know people limit their upload speeds on kazaa so people who download from them don't eat up their bandwidth
