Hi Mr. Tarantino, I'd like to introduce you to a friend of mine. He's what people in Hollywood like to call an editor. He actually takes your footage, and kulls out all the bad and unimportant parts!

Now I know that you have never met one before, that much was obvious after watching Jackie Brown. But you CAN make an interesting movie thats under 2 hours. We know youhave it in you!

It'll get my $18. Stupid 2 movies.

Did you see Jackie Brown? That movie needed SERIOUS work. I am fine with a 4 hour movie when its needed to tell a story (Lawrence of Arabia, LOTR, etc). I have problems with a movie that is long and grandious for its own sake (Jackie Brown, Dances with Wolves dir cut, etc).

What do I know about movies? How about 3 years of classes at USC School of Film, 6+ years of video work and editing, not to mention 20 years of movie watching. Does that make me an expert, no. Does that entitle me to an opinion, I'm gonna go with yes. :-)

I am not saying that Jackie Brown will suck. As I said, its gonna get my $18. The story looks intriguing, I like Tarentinos style when it doesn't get in the way of his story telling. I am just hesitant as to how it will turn out.
