CCleaner and included folders

Question

Hi,

I don't use registry cleaners, once a month I do compact it however, but I do use CCLeaner (not the reg cleaner part).

My question is, besides the default cleaning choices are there any other files or folders I should add to the included cleaning list? What do you have?

Thanks!

I usually add "%LocalAppData%\Temp" to clean that temp directory out. The default temporary file purge seems to only get "%WinDir%\Temp". Of course make sure other programs are closed first beforehand, just in case something is using data held there.

An excellant addition to CCleaner is CCEnhancer. It adds support for over 500 programs, check it out ;)

Iv`e never personally ran into a problem using it, i`m not saying 100% you won`t, just be careful with what 'extras' you check, allthough all entries have been tested/come via the Piriform forum.

Used it and didn't find it helpful. Thanks,

Hi,

After adding CCenhancer I got these additional custom temp folders to clean. Can anyone confirm or deny that these are safe to use at shutdown only?
