Installing Windows 7 on a SD card?

Question

Hi, my thinkpad x200 does not have a HDD at the moment so I decided to use my Class 10 16gb SD card to install Windows 7. The installation started and right where it asks me where to install windows, I don't see any drives and on the bottom it says "no drives were found". I tried formatting the drive from another pc and I'm certain the SD card and the reader are working. Anyone knows why I can't get it to work? Thanks

Windows 7 does not support installation to SD card.

You might want to try a copy of Windows 7 Embedded. (free 180-day trial on the Microsoft website right here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsembedded/en-us/windows-embedded.aspx) I think this one supports installation to SD card... never tried it though.
