...Applied a theme changer theme on Panther

I don't know why I left my computer on, but one of my friends began fiddling around with my powerbook which has panther on it, and he tried to apply a themechanger theme and now Finder is going crazy..

Is there anything I can do to remedy this, or am I screwed?

...If so, I'm really ****ed.

Upgrade Pather to a newer seed? If you're running anything less than 7B68, it shouldn't be your primary OS. 7B68 was the first recommeneded to seeders to use the upgrade path, not erase and install. I would imagine you would be able to upgrade your version of panther (or reinstall) without losing data or settings.

Just a quick thought, have you tried to repair permissions?

Actually, fixed it, opened the Startup Disk.app utility on the first install disk, and had the system boot via the cd (then took a long nap after that trouble ) --I'm sure their was an easier way I could've done the repair install; but my options were pretty limited since there was no way I could use the finder, and I'm really not a unix savvy person.

Thanks for the help though.
