Good download/upload rate limiter software

Question

I am doing some testing through a firewall for UDP (tftp). For ftp and http, I use filezilla and hfs server respectively which has upload/download speed limiter included.

For tftp, the software are pretty basic. I am transferring a 100Gig file and I want the transaction to last several days.

Are there good speed limiter software that can limit the upload or download capability on end host? I am using Windows 2003.

Freeware is welcome as this is done on the corporate network.

While I don't have any suggestions for you, I will say that "corporate" and "freeware" don't normally go hand-in-hand...

Netlimiter? Not really free either, though it looks like their old versions are free.

Anyways if this is for corporate use, your job really can't cough up $30 for a proper license? They probably spend more than that on office supplies..

Thanks for the suggestion everybody. I will try and get a copy of the free version.

lars77,

I would have to give a business justification to procure the software. Red tape is much time consuming than finding a freeware alternative.
